Hey ya'll = )

Hope everyone is having a good Friday!! I know I am! This week was a long week with a lot of homework and tests to do. I still can't believe the semester is already half way over... we got our midterms on Monday! Next week is advising week where we met with our advisors to figure out what classes to take next semester. It is crazy for me this year because I need 4 more classes to GRADUATE!!!! AHH!!!! I am going into the big world! Someone stop me haha! PLEASE!!

This week also had something very fun happen.. maybe not for my body though! Basketball finally began!!!! My last season ever to play- quite depressing but very fun because I am ready for a good season this year! Wednesday was our first day and on Thursday everyone's body was hurtingggg! We ran a lot and played pick-up before season began, but the first couple of practices always hurt! Like the kind of hurt that it is painful to walk up stairs or even sit down! It gets better and better though each day- so it is well worth it. I just can't believe I had my last first practice of basketball... EVER! Oh my lanta I am getting old! (not to my parents status of old yet haha!) The first couple of practices are always challenging but I have a good feeling about our team this year. So let the games begin!!

I just came back from dinner.. Subway again haha- it must be a Friday night dinner ritual or something. My housemate Julia (she also plays basketball with me), my little sister, and my teammate (and my own hairstylist for my basketball games) Nessa are all going to go bowling. It should be quite funny as all of our quads hurt! I definately am going to whip out my Fred Flinstone twinkle bowling technique.. I am a pro bowler let me tell you!!! Actually I'm that girl that can't reach 100 on their score- I guess I should just stick to basketball! haha - Maybe I will ask to put bumpers in to raise my bowling self confidence!

Tomorrow we have off from practice so it will be a catch up on homework day and of course relax my muscles and legs! Although I probably will go shoot some hoops during the day. Sunday we have a 3 hour practice and then all atheltes have to go to a motivational speaker at night- which sounds like fun. I like motivational speakers as they pump me up and make me think of things in a different light. This weekend is going to be fun but most importantly relaxing! Maybe I will look for a halloween costume too.. hmm so many ideas.. haha

Stay Safe = )
