Hey! Sorry it took a while for me to get back to you. I wanted to do some research into your housing question first before I posted an answer. I'm posting the university's policy for you to give you the best response:
"Misericordia University provides housing to all levels of students including seniors. We've been fortunate to be able to provide on-campus housing to nearly everyone who has requested it at all class levels. We've added a new residence hall in 2008 and renovated an existing one to make on-campus housing even better. However, we can only officially guarantee housing for your first three years, providing you follow the appropriate procedures. Often, seniors or students at the graduate level choose to move off campus on their own or participate in internships or clinical work away >from campus, so that leaves room for other senior level students to find on-campus housing."
Hopefully that answers your housing question, but if not you can call the Resident Life Office at 674-6178. They can help you with other questions you might have.
As far as your car question is concerned, freshman students aren't allowed to bring cars to campus their first year. However, there are definitely reasons that a freshman might need one here, such as if you have a job that you need to drive to, or someone in your family has a medical condition that you must be on call for. In cases like that, you can call the Vice President of Academic Affairs and ask them for permission to have your car here.
I hope my answers helped you out. If you have more questions feel free to post them, or you can email me directly.
